Qualifications

• 1–2 years of banking or treasury experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with high-volume data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of MRI or other accounting software.
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record daily bank transactions.
• Prepare deposits, transfers, and wires.
• Process ACH/EFT payments.
• Produce daily and weekly cash reports.
• Reconcile accounts receivable.
• Complete bank reconciliations.
