Citi in Newark, Delaware is seeking an entry-level Cash and Trade Processing Representative. This role handles basic to moderately complex cash management and trade operations, coordinating with the Transaction Services team to provide processing support for assigned projects.

You will perform cash handling, check processing, and assist with firm payments, receivables, and liquidity flows, while training new team members and contributing to risk and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in cash management processing and transaction services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills.

Responsabilités

• Process cash management operations, such as cash handling, check processing, return items and lock-box operations.
• Provide processing assistance for firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity.
• Train new team members and support User Acceptance Training (UAT) and training initiatives.
• Assist with compliance related activities to minimize losses and support risk management.
• Assist with cash & trade operational project needs and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
