Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Getzville, NY is seeking an entry-level Cash Trade Processing Representative to support cash management and trade operations. The role involves processing basic to moderately complex transfers and supporting liquidity flows.

You will train on UAT processes, assist with firm payments and receivables, and help ensure compliance and accurate processing with minimal supervision. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash management processing and transaction services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accurate data entry.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash management operations, including cash handling, check processing, return items and lock-box operations.
• Provide processing assistance for firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity.
• Assist with cash & trade operational needs and training initiatives; support UAT efforts.
• Ensure compliance, assess risk and escalate issues with transparency.
• Apply judgement with limited supervision to deliver quality, timely outputs.
