Job summary

Citi in Irving, Texas is seeking a Cash and Trade Processing Representative 5 for an entry-level role within the Transaction Services team. The position focuses on processing basic to moderately complex transfers and supporting firm payments, receivables, and liquidity workflows.

You will train new team members, participate in risk and compliance activities, and ensure timely, accurate processing. The role requires adherence to policies and escalation of issues as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills

Responsibilities

• Perform cash management operations including cash handling, check processing, returns, and lock-box operations.
• Provide processing assistance for firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows, and wholesale card activity.
• Aid with processing firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity.
• Train new team members and act as subject matter expert for UAT and training initiatives.
• Participate in compliance related activities to minimize losses.
• Assist with cash & trade operational project needs.
• Apply judgement and decision-making with limited supervision to ensure quality, timelines, and outcomes.
