Job summary

GardaWorld is shaping the future of cash management and seeks a hands-on supervisor to lead a CVS work area. You will schedule staff, ensure accurate processing and timely completion of tasks, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining strict security and regulatory compliance.

You will guide team members, handle complex transactions for approval, and monitor productivity, with a focus on safety and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment at our Louisville location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; higher education preferred.
• Excellent math, verbal and comprehension skills are required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, secure production environment is required.
• 2+ years of active production-type experience is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and ensure accountability of team members in CVS work areas.
• Weekly scheduling considering workflow, delivery, and transmission times.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing and pack-out output.
• Coordinate work flow so tasks are completed before shift relief.
• Provide direction to team members requiring additional guidance.
• Research complex out-of-balance transactions and approve as needed.
• Monitor productivity and train for improvements.
• Conduct daily huddles to communicate productivity and issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and bank/state/federal regulations.
• Identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain safety and security, and report concerns.
• Adhere to escalation and security notification policies.
• Stand for long periods; may lift up to 50 pounds; may move 150-pound carts.
