Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking an Operations Lead for the Second Shift in Folcroft, PA. You will provide first-line leadership to a team of Driver/Messengers, coordinate armored and ATM routes, and ensure strict adherence to security procedures.

The role emphasizes training, onboarding, and continuous improvement in field operations, with responsibilities across scheduling, compliance, and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency is required.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• This is an armed position and requires obtaining local/state permits to carry a sidearm.
• Minimum 2 years of Driver/Messenger and ATM experience in transportation or related logistics field.
• Ability to train and provide general feedback on performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Driver/Messengers and oversee second shift operations.
• Coordinate and schedule armored and ATM routes to meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with GardaWorld policies and security procedures.
• Train new employees and provide performance feedback.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager and claims specialist to improve field operations.
• Maintain vehicle assignments and liaise with service teams for maintenance.
• Support opening/closing procedures and manage safety and appearance standards.
