Job summary

Garda Security Group in Mableton, GA is seeking a full-time teller-support role focused on cash handling and deposit processing. You will verify work, balance cash, and ensure compliance with regulations while working with minimal supervision.

The position requires attention to detail, basic math skills, data entry proficiency, and the ability to stand for long periods. Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus, with a 1st shift 8:30am-5pm schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling and balancing experience highly desired.
• 1-2 years teller experience preferred.
• Strong data entry skills and experience.
• Detail-oriented with basic Math skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for evidence of tampering.
• Performs deposit processing functions including reconciling any out-of-balance conditions.
• Maintains compliance with all company policies including state and federal regulations.
• Identifies Counterfeit, Suspicious Activity (SAR), and any potential AML Red Flag Transactions and reports them to Supervisor.
• Meets or exceeds all established deposit processing productivity standards.
• Verifies cash settlements are accurate and transfers funds to appropriate vaults.
• Identifies and shares process improvement opportunities.
• Works independently without direct supervision or oversight.

Pay Rate: $16.25 an/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday

1st Shift: 8:30am-5pm

Your Job:
