Job summary

Guidehouse in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Cash Posting Supervisor to lead daily cash posting, reconciliation, and related revenue cycle activities in a 100% on-site role.

You will supervise the cash posting team, ensure accurate posting of payments and adjustments, monitor ERA/EFT workflows, and partner withFinance and Revenue Cycle to resolve issues, while leveraging Epic and MEDITECH systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• 5 years of healthcare revenue cycle, hospital cash posting, payment posting, or related patient financial services experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Experience with cash balancing and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of insurance and patient payment posting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash posting activities for hospital payments and ERA/EFT workflows.
• Monitor balancing of payments against deposits and reconciliations, resolving discrepancies.
• Lead Cash Posting staff, assign workload, and drive productivity and quality.
• Analyze trends, prepare performance reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and IT to improve processes.
