We are a cash‑pay, collaborative practice focused on hormone optimization, thyroid health, weight management, and comprehensive functional medicine including gut health and detox. Start as early as November 2026; guaranteed first‑year salary $125,000–$135,000 with potential growth.

Qualifications

• Must be certified NP or PA with prescribing capability.
• A4M or IFM training/certification preferred.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
• Colorado NP or PA license.
• Private practice clinical experience in functional medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, comprehensive functional medicine care.
• Work within a collaborative team to optimize root-cause care.
• Perform in-clinic hours Monday–Thursday, with Friday remote administrative work.
• Participate in cash-pay practice operations and patient education.
