OnePeak Medical Providers is seeking a passionate Medical Provider to join our growing team. This role supports whole-person care and collaborates with a high-functioning care team to deliver comprehensive medical services.

You will provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth, order tests, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate patients on preventive health within a functional medicine framework.

Competenze

• Active Oregon license as NP/PA/MD/DO (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or applicable specialty).
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health records.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
