You will build dashboards, KPIs, and reports, partnering with Operations and IT to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions that enhance customer experience and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 3-5 years in banking operations, treasury services, or cash management.
• 4-6 years in analytics, reporting, process improvement, or automation.
• 4-6 years in dashboards, reporting, data integration, or AI-enabled improvements.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support daily Cash Services operations including ACH, wire transfer, lockbox, funding.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports to support decisions.
• Identify automation opportunities and design future-state workflows.
• Collaborate with Operations and Tech teams to implement integrations and AI-enabled improvements.
