Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist (Cash Management) to join our Cash Management team. You will ensure accurate processing of cash movements, wire transfers, ACH, checks, and journals, under established SOPs and timelines.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn disbursement policy and internal controls, and committed to accuracy in a fast-paced, regulated financial operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services operations.
• Experience in cash management, wire processing, or disbursements preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to process routine cash movement transaction types under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international wire transfers, ACH transactions, check disbursements, and journal entries per policy.
• Review LOAs for journals and disbursements under supervision.
• Identify transaction exceptions and escalate to management as appropriate.
• Follow cash management SOPs and disbursement policy; flag discrepancies.
• Perform self-review and participate in quality review processes.
• Assist with daily supervisory checklist items and SLA-driven tasks.
• Respond to routine client/internal requests with timely resolutions.
