Brink's U.S. seeks a Cash Logistics Supervisor to oversee the inside currency operation and support the secure, efficient functioning of the armored cash facility.

The role reports to the Cash Logistics Manager and operates in an armed environment with strict compliance to security procedures. You will supervise Cash Logistics staff, manage daily cash operations, and drive process improvements while ensuring accuracy and security in all transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years operations experience in cash or vault processing
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Valid firearms permit or ability to pass firearms licensing
• Valid guard card or ability to obtain guard card/licences
• Meet all DOT requirements
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more

Responsibilities

• Provide first line supervision to Cash Logistics employees
• Oversee daily cash operations including deposit verification, change order prep, inventory management, and opening/closing branch and vault checks in/out
• Provide coaching and skill development to employees on a consistent basis
• Create employee scheduling to support daily workload
• Adhere to SLA performance and contract requirements
• Drive continuous process improvement using systems and tools
• Secure inventories by enforcing controls and security procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state laws
• Balance transactions daily and maintain accurate records
• Provide processing support as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and storage spaces
• Assist management to meet branch goals
• Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned
