Job summary

Brink's U.S., a division of Brink's, Incorporated, seeks a Cash Manager I to oversee inside currency operations and support the Branch Manager in secure, efficient armored car facility performance. The role drives process improvements, ensures safety, and maintains customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in cash operations, 1+ year of supervision, and the ability to meet transportation and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years operations experience in a cash or vault processing environment.
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
Minimum of 21 years of age; valid firearms permit or ability to pass licensing.
Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide first line supervision to Cash Logistics employees.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
Drive continuous cost, quality and efficiency improvements via lean and process redesign.
Maintain and provide quality customer service.
Secure inventories by enforcing security procedures and reducing risk.
Schedule and develop staff while maintaining positive employee relations.
Uphold high ethical standards and Brink's reputation through reliable programs.
