The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a Cash Operations Manager to oversee cash reconciliation and data flows across Workday, Cadency, banks, and payment processors. Lead daily matching, monthly close, and account certifications while driving automation and data quality improvements.

You will manage a reconciliation team, coordinate with IT, Treasury, and external partners, and ensure SLAs are met. Strong leadership and process-improvement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in high‑volume transaction matching and month‑end close.
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting or reconciliation teams across Finance, Treasury, IT, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end data flow between Workday, Cadency, banks, and payment processors.
• Direct Cadency operational streams across 5 fascias, including daily matching and monthly close.
• Lead three‑way transaction matching across bank statements, processors, and Workday ledger.
• Monitor SLAs and resolve matching errors within a 2‑day target.
• Manage cash reconciliation team and cross‑fascia workload.
• Implement internal controls per SOX and coordinate audits.
