The analyst will build dashboards, monitor performance, and partner with stakeholders to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support scalable growth through AI and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years in banking operations, treasury services, cash management, or payment operations.
• 4-6 years developing dashboards, reports, KPIs, and automation solutions.
• 4-6 years partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into reporting/automation.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support daily Cash Services operations (ACH, wire, lockbox, funding, digital banking support, exception processing).
• Develop and maintain process documentation; update procedures as systems evolve.
• Support operational continuity by learning multiple functions and covering peak periods.
• Monitor controls, document evidence, and support audit assessments.
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to inform decision making and performance.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to automate data movement and generate insights.
