Job summary

SpartanNash's Dickinson, North Dakota location is seeking a part-time Cash Office Associate to support cashiers and ensure accurate cash handling. You will perform store cash office duties, balance cash, and follow security procedures in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Observe confidentiality of all company records and financial information.
• Support front-end activities to help cashiers follow store policies during transactions.
• Operate cash register, display costs, make change, issue receipts, and balance cash to ledger.
• Maintain records on cash controls for internal audits.
• Follow PPE, safety and guest experience guidelines.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments as needed.
