Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, cash and invoice accounting.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and related documentation.
• Maintain and communicate front-end and cash office standards.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and security duties.
• Monitor cashier performance and conduct audits.
• Schedule front-end staffing to ensure service levels.
• Process guest orders and No Noticeable Wait adherence.
• Train and develop front-end staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
