Job summary

Lowes Foods in Kannapolis is seeking a Front End Supervisor to ensure fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling. You will oversee sales, cash and invoice accounting, cash office security, and guest service standards, while maintaining daily schedules and adherence to policy.

The role requires a team-focused, detail-oriented person who can train staff, perform audits, and handle guest needs with a positive attitude. Previous front-end experience and comfort with computers are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales, Cash and Invoice Accounting tasks including weekly cash reports.
• Cash related activities like deposits and cashier support.
• Cash office security and accountability of tills.
• Cashier/Guest Service performance reporting and audits.
• Process guest orders to maintain No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
