Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sales, cash and invoice accounting tasks.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and accompanying documentation.
• Maintain sales related information and process invoices and transfers.
• Process beer and wine payments.
• Prepare bank deposits according to policy.
• Handle and oversee activities to support cashier related tasks.
• Ensure accurate daily cash counts and security of the cash office.
• Monitor cashier till audits and maintain front-end schedules.
• Process guest orders to ensure no noticeable wait and smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
