Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a part-time Guest Service Supervisor to oversee checkout operations and ensure fast, friendly service for every guest. You will supervise cashiers, process invoices, maintain front-end accuracy, and support store operations with training and development while upholding cash office security and policy compliance.

Experience with POS systems and customer service excellence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide every guest with the fastest and most pleasant checkout experience through consistent execution of Guest Service Standards.
• Prepare weekly cash report and accompanying documentation.
• Maintain sales related information and process invoices and transfers as assigned.
• Process beer/wine payments.
• Prepare bank deposits and oversee cashier-related activities per policy.
• Ensure security of the cash office and store funds; maintain tills and supplies.
• Monitor and analyze cashier performance reports and conduct audits as required.
• Maintain daily front-end schedule to ensure proper guest service levels.
