Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED (no prior experience required).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and record drawers, balance office cash, and research discrepancies.
• Prepare bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns politely.
• Assist with frontline checkout procedures and question handling to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor cashiers and front-end staff performance and provide feedback to management.
• Enforce front-end policies and train associates for productivity, accuracy, and courtesy.
• Operate cash registers and scanning equipment, ensure correct item charges and funds collection.
• Maintain cash security and compliance with tobacco/alcohol sale regulations.
• Know weekly ads and store layout to answer customer questions.
• Ensure department sanitation and adherence to health and OSHA requirements.
