Qualifications

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Balances drawers and office cash, reconciles and records transactions.
• Prepares bank deposits with accuracy and timeliness.
• Greets customers, answers questions, and resolves concerns politely and promptly.
• Follows store policies to ensure customer satisfaction at checkout.
• Assists with answering phones and maintains professional communication.
• Monitors front-end cashiers and provides feedback to management.
• Operates register and scanning equipment, ensures items are charged correctly.
• Maintains cash drawer security and reduces overages/shortages.
• Complies with health, safety and clothing PPE requirements.
• Assists in other departments as needed.
