This is an on-site position. While occasional work-from-home flexibility may be available based on business needs and performance, the majority of this role requires working on-site and meeting with customers and internal partners.

Mauch Chunk Trust Company is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Cash Management Specialist.

This position plays a key role in growing our business banking relationships by promoting, implementing, and supporting the Bank\'s treasury management, cash management, and digital banking solutions. What You'll Do

• Develop and strengthen relationships with business customers through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Promote and cross-sell cash management, treasury management, and digital banking products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations, customer onboarding, and training for business clients.
• Partner with Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Serve as the primary contact for business clients utilizing digital banking services.
• Investigate and resolve customer service and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Manage sales reporting, documentation, compliance requirements, and administrative responsibilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience while supporting the Bank\'s growth objectives.

What We\'re Looking For

• Bachelor\'s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of business-to-business sales, business banking, relationship management, or similar experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Portfolio or account management experience is preferred.
• Banking, treasury management, or financial services experience is highly desirable.
• Following orientation, discussion on hybrid schedule may occur.
