Job summary

Chase is seeking a Cash Management Solution Officer to identify, propose and deliver Cash Management solutions for branch-managed customers and prospects over the phone. You will participate in projects and pilots within the branch managed segment and collaborate with Relationship Managers and cross-functional partners to ensure timely implementation.

Qualifications

• One year experience in Cash Management/Treasury Services or related business experience.
• General knowledge of Cash Management products/solutions.
• Relationship Building - Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners via the phone.
• Marketing Expertise - Ability to proactively and creatively present solutions to clients and prospects.
• Business Acumen - Ability to understand the Cash Management business environment and manage results.
• Time Management - Ability to plan activities and manage tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Works with Business Relationship Managers to develop new profitable Cash Management business via phone.
• Promotes Cash Management solutions to clients and prospects within risk parameters.
• Acts as subject matter expert on Chase Business Online and One Card with Rewards.
• Onboards clients with professionalism and skill.
• Builds internal partnerships with relationship managers and cross-functional teams.
