Job summary

Colonial Group seeks an operational leader to head Cash Management Services (CMS) in New Jersey. You will provide daily direction, oversee funds security and liaise with banks and the Federal Reserve to resolve issues.

The role requires 3+ years managing a cash vault, strong communication skills, and prior leadership experience; travel may be required as part of company meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a cash vault.
• College degree is preferred.
• Loomis systems knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills (verbal & written) required.
• Background/experience in a leadership role is preferred.

Job description

Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year

Position is bonus eligible up to 25% annually based on individual and company performance.

This position will provide operational leadership and daily direction for the Cash Management Services (CMS).

Responsibilities

• Providing services to banks, commercial and corporate customers
• Ensure accountability and security of all funds transiting the department
• Serve as liaison with the Federal Reserve Bank, banks, thrift charters and commercial customers to identify and resolve problems
• Ensure that operating systems and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Develop plans to reduce or eliminate operational efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain a quality team.

Requirements
