Job summary

Loomis US is seeking a CMS Supervisor to oversee daily CMS operations, including deposit verification, inventory management, and audits, ensuring security and compliance. The role requires supervisory responsibility and liaison with banks and customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in cash vault management, strong communication skills, and travel flexibility. This exempt, full-time position offers growth within Loomis’ nationwide network.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous experience managing a cash vault.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written) required.
• Previous leadership role background and experience.
• Knowledge of Loomis systems preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce policies to ensure security of currency and coin transiting the department.
• Monitor staff performance and assist in personnel actions.
• Coordinate with Federal Reserve Bank, banks, and commercial customers to address issues.
• Assist in meeting budget guidelines by monitoring overtime and workflow.
• Schedule staffing and maintenance to ensure service levels and security.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Branch Manager/ CMS Manager.

CMS Supervisor Job Description

Job Overview

This position is responsible for supervising daily CMS operations which may include deposit verification, change order preparation, currency/coin inventory management and balance and audit function while providing services to Loomis customers. This individual will be expected to perform supervisory responsibilities for personnel actions and monitors staff performance. To ensure accountability and security of all funds and adheres to compliance, industry standards, audit requirements, and company policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and recommend changes to policies and procedures to ensure accountability and security of all currency and coin transiting the department.
• Assist in the awareness of the safety of employees, facilities and vehicles through training and monitoring of policies and procedures.
• Assist in meeting budget guidelines by monitoring overtime and workflow.
• Serve as liaison with the Federal Reserve Bank, banks, thrift charters and commercial customers to identify and resolve problems.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing needs and maintenance schedules as needed to ensure quality levels of service and performance.
• Assist in meeting budget guidelines by monitoring overtime and workflow.
• Completion of any and all additional responsibilities that are assigned by the Branch Manager and CMS Manager, on an “as needed” basis.

Preferred Requirements

• College degree preferred
• 3 years previous experience managing a cash vault
• Knowledge of Loomis systems preferred
• Excellent communication and Presentation skills (verbal & written) Required
• Previous leadership role background and experience
• Ability to travel occasionally for Company, District, Customer meetings and events.
