Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in sales or financial services, or an equivalent combination.
• Valid driver's license; frequent driving to other offices and client sites.
• Preferred experience in business banking, treasury management and merchant services.

Responsibilities

• Sales: achieve individual and team financial, production and relationship results.
• Engage customers, prospects and referrals through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community to generate business and CRA opportunities.
• Provide financial guidance and expertise on business deposits and cash management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies; maintain operational accuracy.
