Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Cash Management Associate for our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This hybrid, contract role offers the opportunity to work on essential ACH processing and data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of office experience, can achieve 6,000 keystrokes per hour with 85% accuracy, and communicate clearly with clients and internal staff. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent office experience, ideally in a data entry-centric role requiring high accuracy.
• Ability to score at least 85% on a data entry test and achieve a minimum of 6000 keystrokes per hour.
• Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Clear and professional written and oral communication skills, with proper grammar and spelling.
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Review and process ACH forms received electronically
• Perform data entry of clients’ confidential banking information with high accuracy
• Research and resolve errors or issues related to data entries
• Correct processing errors as needed
• Communicate with clients via email and instant messaging, including Financial Advisors and branch staff
• Handle incoming calls from internal contacts, providing customer service and follow-up
• Multi-task by managing calls, data entry, and email responses
• Complete any additional duties as assigned

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Cash Management Associate to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a hybrid,contract position.

SALARY: $22-$24 per hour (depending on experience)
