Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Contract to Hire Data Entry/ACH Support Specialist in Saint Petersburg, FL. This hybrid role (3 days onsite/2 remote), 8:00 am–5:00 pm, offers a pay rate of $24.07/hr and a 6-month contract with a strong extension potential.

You will support the ACH/Cash Control team by processing direct deposit forms, entering confidential banking data, handling inbound calls and emails, and assisting in resolving processing errors while maintaining high accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent office experience in a data-entry centric role.
• Minimum 2 years of phone experience (resume must reflect).
• Data accuracy: 6000 KPH with 85% accuracy on data assessment.
• Banking/Finance experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process ACH (direct deposit) forms received via electronic cue.
• Perform data entry relating to clients' confidential banking information with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Research errors or problems concerning entries made at the branch or Home Office level.
• Review and correct processing errors as appropriate.
• Communicate with clients via email and instant messaging (advisor networks and RJ branches).
• Field incoming calls from branch or internal contacts providing customer service and follow-up as needed.
• Multi-task and handle calls, data entry and emails.

Job Summary: This position will support the ACH /

Cash Control department at Raymond James. This team is primarily responsible

for establishing ACH profiles (direct deposit) which allow the branches and

their clients to initiate electronic fund transfers. The Cash Management

Associate II will handle ACH form processing and inbound calls from branch or

internal contacts. They may also be required to manage the team email inbox.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review and process ACH (direct deposit) forms that are received via an electronic cue
• Perform data entry relating to clients' confidential banking information (i.e. personal account numbers, demographic information, etc.) while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Researches any errors or problems concerning entries made at the branch or Home Office level
• Reviews and corrects processing errors as appropriate
• Communicate with clients via email and instant messaging (clientele consists of Financial Advisors and their support staff/ RJ branches)
• Field incoming calls from branch or internal contacts providing customer service and related follow-up as needed.
• Muti-task and handle calls, data entry and responding to emails

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.07 - $24.07/hr.
