Job summary

Tactile Medical in the United States is seeking a Cash Management Analyst to support the cash application process, driving efficiencies and automating cash collection. You will generate reports to ensure timely posting and an accurate cash balance, working with the Cash Management Lead and Cash Application Supervisor to optimize processes.

The role focuses on moving payers from paper to electronic payments, analyzing reimbursement trends, and contributing to continuous process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare field.
• 1+ years of experience in treasury functions.

Responsibilities

• Review remittance information from third-party portals.
• Process credit card payments and payer correspondence via lockbox.
• Serve as liaison between banks and collections teams to resolve errors.
• Research payment issues with insurers/payers.
• Transition payers from paper to electronic payments.
• Develop and maintain improvements in collections and reporting processes.
