Job summary

Tactile Medical in Minneapolis is seeking a Cash Management Analyst to support cash application, automate processes, and deliver timely posting. You will collaborate with the Cash Management Lead and Cash Application Supervisor to improve reporting and drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities include reviewing remittance data, processing payments, liaising with banks and insurers, and contributing to continuous process improvements while complying with SEC, IRS and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare field.
• 1+ years of experience in treasury functions.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and interpret remittance information from remittance advice.
• Process credit card payments and payer correspondence via lockbox.
• Serve as liaison between banks and collections teams to resolve errors.
• Make calls to insurance/payers to resolve payment issues.
• Research recoupment and offset information for payment posting.
• Assist in transitioning payers from paper to electronic payments.
