Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments daily (ACH, wire, check, credit card).
• Resolve unapplied cash, short payments, and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records in the JD Edwards system.
• Follow up on past due invoices and payment status.
• Work with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Support month-end close and reporting.
• Help improve processes over time.
