Job summary

Soft Surroundings in Creve Coeur, MO, invites applications for a Cash Flow Analyst. This hybrid role supports cash management and financial decision-making across the organization, with daily reporting and reconciliations.

You’ll work with banking partners, assist audits and MIS projects, and help drive process efficiency in the Accounting department. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of cash flow experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Teams and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & Deliver Daily Executive Cash Reporting
• Perform weekly cash reconciliations for all entities
• Manage chargeback analysis and reporting
• Assist in Audit and Tax Workpaper Creation
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and credit card processors
• Assist in MIS projects and process efficiency reviews
• Assist with review & analysis of cash impacting issues
• Assist Cash Supervisor and other management on projects
• Crosstrain with other positions as directed
• Complete goals from the annual review
• Other duties as assigned

General Summary:

The Cash Flow Analyst is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the organization's cash activity to support effective cash management and financial decision-making. This a hybrid role in Creve Coeur, MO.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare & Deliver Daily Executive Cash Reporting
• Perform weekly cash reconciliations for all entities, including weekly ledger entries.
• Manage chargeback analysis and reporting
• Assist in Audit and Tax Workpaper Creation
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and credit card processors
• Assist in MIS projects and other process efficiency reviews of the department
• Assist with review & analysis of cash impacting issues
• Assist Cash Supervisor and other management in projects/ tasks as assigned, including accounting department goals
• Crosstrain with other positions as directed/necessary
• Successful completion of goals assigned at previous year’s review
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years of previous cash flow experience preferred.

• Basic Computer Skills, including Microsoft Teams & Microsoft Excel
• Ability to navigate vendor portals
• Ability to handle changing priorities/being flexible
