Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or similar roles.
• Advanced Excel with strong financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly cash flow forecast across multiple entities and reconcile to actuals.
• Analyze checks and timing, and incorporate findings into forecasts.
• Integrate capital expenditures into cash flow forecasts in partnership with accounting teams.
• Prepare management reporting, operating expense analysis, and KPI dashboards.
• Support lender and investor reporting as needed; drive automation and data accuracy.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data integrity.

The Accounting Analyst transforms financial data into accurate forecasts, reporting, and actionable insights. This role owns cash-flow forecasting and management reporting across a multi-entity, multi-ERP environment while driving automation, data quality, and process improvements that support an efficient close. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering across finance and operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Cash Flow Forecasting & Treasury Reporting

• Own the weekly 13-week cash flow forecast across multiple entities; maintain underlying data pulls, resolve data discrepancies, and reconcile forecasts to actual results.
• Analyze outstanding checks and validate timing assumptions against actual activity; incorporate findings into the cash forecast.
• Integrate approved capital expenditures into cash flow forecasts in partnership with Accounting and Fixed Assets.

Management Reporting, Analysis & Automation

• Prepare management reporting, operating expense analysis, variance/flux reporting, and KPI dashboards.
• Support lender and investor reporting as needed.
• Drive automation, data accuracy, and process improvements across multiple ERP and accounting systems.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support to Accounting leadership, Controllers, and the CFO.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data integrity, and financial processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in an accounting, financial analyst, FP&A, or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work effectively across multiple systems and entities.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screening.
