You will also process money orders, wire transfers, lottery, and gift cards, while handling returns and maintaining a clean service area. The role requires reliability, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills or related experience.
• Ability to operate electronic scanning cash registers and machines for counting money, wire transfer processing, and lottery.
• Ability to handle stressful and complex situations calmly and professionally.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a large team.
• Regular and predictable attendance and comply with workplace conduct standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service at the store according to company standards and policies.
• Operate cash registers, receive payments, apply discounts/coupons, assist with Loyalty Program questions or sign-ups, and bag items.
• Manage transactions including money orders, wire transfers, lottery, and gift cards; handle returns as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Customer Service Desk and front area, replace stock in display areas, and adhere to the uniform policy.
