WSFS Bank is seeking a Cash Connect Compliance Operations Analyst in Newark, DE. The role focuses on supporting regulatory compliance, CTR reporting, and risk management across Cash Connect operations.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to improve controls and reporting accuracy. The ideal candidate holds a related Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience and strong data/analytical skills, plus proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of relevant compliance/risk experience.
Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and CTR reporting.
Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with risk assessment ability.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

Support Cash Connect regulatory compliance activities, including CTR and customer due diligence.
Monitor risk metrics, identify trends and reporting exceptions, strengthen controls.
Investigate data-quality issues and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them.
Prepare reports and dashboards to support regulatory compliance and business decisions.
Assist in audits, vendor oversight, and remediation activities; support process improvements.
