Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and post daily cash, check, and electronic payments
• Prepare and balance daily cash deposits
• Reconcile cash receipts against dealership documentation
• Research and resolve discrepancies in payment records
• Maintain logs, reports, and filing systems
• Communicate with dealership personnel regarding deposits or posting issues
• Follow internal controls and accounting procedures
• Support accounting team with clerical tasks as needed
