Job summary

The Chickasaw Nation is seeking a part-time Cash Cage/Cashier to join our Tishomingo Gaming Operations unit. The role will involve cash handling, serving patrons, and ensuring accurate funds management while maintaining professional conduct and compliance with all policies.

Responsibilities include balancing cash, providing excellent service, and adhering to the dress code and safety standards in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• High School, GED or equivalent required.
• Pass gaming background check.
• Gaming license or permit as required by position.
• 1 year directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Cashes out patrons and records correct change.
• Counts and records exchange of funds at shift start and throughout the shift.
• Balances funds at shift end in partnership with a supervisor.

We are currently looking for aPart Time 38 Cash Cage Cashierto join our Tishomingo Gaming Operations Unit team located at the Tishomingo Gaming working.

Summary: Cashes tickets and chips presented by patrons while maintaining a balanced bank; provides service to our internal and external guests.

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
• Maintains and promotes professionalism
• Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
• Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
• Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
• Develops and maintains documentation as appropriate -- files, logs, records, reports, etc.
• Cashes out patrons and give correct change
• Counts and records the exchange of assigned funds at the beginning and throughout the shift with a goal of enforcing accurate exchanges
• Balances all funds at the completion of each shift in partnership with a supervisor or manager
• Performs all other duties as assigned
