Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Chiropractor for LifeClinic to provide adjustments, IMJT, and rehab exercises within Life Time facilities. The role emphasizes cash-based sessions, flexible scheduling, and a proven training blueprint across 75+ locations.

Base salary starts at $80,000 with potential to reach $150,000+ through monthly performance incentives. Expect marketing, patient acquisition, and exceptional patient care in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care.
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation.
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery.
