Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in cash applications or AR, accounting, or finance.
• Experience processing high volumes of customer payments.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments via ACH, wire, checks, and lockbox.
• Post payments accurately to customer accounts promptly.
• Research unapplied, unidentified, or misapplied cash transactions.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and bank deposits.
• Maintain detailed documentation for cash applications.
• Assist with month-end closing related to cash receipts.
