Job summary

  • Work with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Support month-end close and reporting.
  • Help improve processes over time.

Compensation: $45,000 – $57,000 ($23–$29/hour) + annual bonus



  • Regular in-person attendance consistent with the Company's established work schedule is an essential function of this position to facilitate effective collaboration, communication, and business operations.


Position Summary

This position supports accounts receivable by applying customer payments, resolving issues, and following up on past due balances. The role focuses on accuracy, speed, and keeping accounts current.


This is a hands-on role with direct impact on cash flow and business performance.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Apply customer payments daily (ACH, wire, check, credit card)

  • Resolve unapplied cash, short payments, and discrepancies

  • Maintain accurate records in the system (JD Edwards)

  • Follow up on past due invoices and payment status

  • Work with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues

  • Support month-end close and reporting

Candidate Profile

Preferred Experience


  • Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems

  • Excel experience
