Oil-Dri Corporation of America is seeking a Plant Supervisor to supervise the scheduling of warehouse and shipping staff, directing day-to-day operations, and optimizing morale and team effectiveness while ensuring safety, regulatory and quality compliance at our Mississippi facility. The role emphasizes inventory control, packaging operations, and leadership of performance management.

Supervise the scheduling of staff and directing of the warehouse and shipping day-to-day staff and work plan. Supervise the storage and movement of finished goods inventory and all packaging operations. Optimize morale & team effectiveness by embracing a “total” team concept encompassing packaging and warehousing. Adhering to all safety, regulatory and quality requirements.
