Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Must possess and maintain the certification: Child welfare direct service worker

Responsibilities

• Performs intake procedures, assesses case severity and safety needs
• Conduces child abuse and neglect investigations and safety planning
• Maintains case documentation in CAPS and CWIS systems
• Coordinates services, referrals, and transportation for clients
• Participates in court and multi-disciplinary meetings as required
• Maintains contact with clients, attorneys, schools, law enforcement and partners
