Job summary

County Caseworker 2 position with CMSU provides case management in home and community settings, coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities or serious mental illness. Build relationships and guide access to available resources while maintaining clear documentation and communication with families and providers.

Full-time schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with paid vacation, sick time, personal days, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience as a County Caseworker 1 or equivalent entry.
• Bachelor's degree with a social welfare major or related combination of coursework.
• Educational requirements met within two months of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services and resources for consumers and families.
• Locate community supports and guide access to services.
• Conduct home visits to assess needs and provide support.
• Review documentation to ensure accurate planning.
• Maintain communication with consumers, families, and care providers.
