Job summary

Kemps in Minneapolis is seeking an operator to run and maintain our caseless and bossy machines as well as pulling of product. This full-time position operates on a 2:30pm - 1:00am schedule, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and involves prep, inventory handling, and order assembly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred) and production or general work experience.

• Receive assigned products from production and move into proper inventory location.

• Replenish inventory as needed or directed.
• Report shortages to the Supervisor.
• Assemble customer orders in the load out area as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Prep the work areas to receive product

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Production or general work experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
• Able to effectively work in a team environment
• Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
