The University YMCA seeks a mission-driven Case Worker Specialist for the New American Welcome Center’s Immigrant Helpline in Urbana, IL. You will provide English and Spanish case management, assist with public benefits applications, referrals, and follow up to helpline clients.
Work closely with the Immigrant Family Services Manager and helpline team to ensure goal achievement, continuity of service, and timely data tracking. This is a grant-funded, full-time role through June 30, 2027.

The University YMCA seeks a mission-driven professional to provide English and Spanish case management services for the New American Welcome Center’s Immigrant Helpline. The bilingual Case Worker Specialist will be responsible for providing public benefits application assistance, referrals, and follow up to helpline clients. They will work closely with the Immigrant Family Services Manager and the helpline team to ensure continuity of services and goal achievement for clients.

This is an at-will, full-time position at 37.5 hours per week. The salary range for this position is $40,532 to $45,036, negotiable and commensurate with experience. This is a grant-funded position through June 30, 2027. While long-term continuation is expected, all NAWC positions are dependent on available grant funding and satisfactory job performance.
