Job summary

Momentum Behavior Services is seeking a Case Supervisor in Faribault, MN. The role focuses on direct ABA therapy, high-behavior support, and clinical skill development for clients, with a BCBA or BCaBA certification pathway.

The position supports collaboration between Technicians and BCBAs and requires active RBT status or enrollment in BCBA/BCaBA programs. Location is in-clinic with a standard 8:00–17:00 schedule, and pay ranges from $27.00 to $31.00 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification required or in process.
  • Enrollment in BCBA/BCaBA program within 6 months is required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years ABA experience.
  • Able to travel to multiple sites and transport reliable.
  • Able to telehealth if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct ABA therapy across assigned clients.
  • Support individualized ABA programs for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.
  • Assist with implementation of behavior plans under BCBA direction.
  • Provide on-the-spot coaching and modeling for RBTs.

Case Supervisor Job – Faribault, MN

Our Case Supervisor (BCBA Track) is a developing clinical leader responsible for supporting high-quality service delivery across the clinic, with a primary focus on direct intervention, high-behavior support, and clinical skill development. This role is designed for individuals actively pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification and serves as a critical bridge between Behavior Technicians and BCBAs. The Case Supervisor provides hands‑on clinical support, assists in stabilizing complex cases, and contributes to maintaining strong clinical outcomes across the clinic.

Location: In Clinic

Shift: 8:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday

Pay Range: $27.00 - $31.00/hour

Skills And Responsibilities
  • Provides support for individualized programs for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disabilities, ages 6 months and older, in natural settings.
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week
  • Provide direct ABA therapy across assigned clients
  • Support continuity of care by filling coverage gaps as needed
  • No cap on direct therapy hours based on clinic needs
  • Serve as a go-to clinical support for high-acuity or escalated client situations
  • Assist with implementation of behavior intervention plans under BCBA direction
  • Provide in‑the‑moment modeling and support to RBTs during challenging sessions
  • Help stabilize cases at risk of disruption, staff turnover, or poor outcomes
  • Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity
  • Support data collection accuracy and session quality
  • Provide real‑time coaching and modeling for Behavior Technicians
  • Support onboarding and skill development of newer staff
  • Reinforce clinical standards and expectations within sessions
  • Complete all session documentation in accordance with company and payer requirements
  • Ensure timely session note completion and data integrity
  • Support BCBAs in identifying documentation or implementation gaps
  • Active participation in both direct and indirect clinical support activities
Minimum Education or Training Equivalent To
  • Active RBT certification
  • Active enrollment in a BCBA or BCaBA certification program (required), or admission in the first 6 months.
  • Minimum of 2+ years ABA experience
  • Strong clinical implementation skills across a variety of learners
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high‑behavior situations effectively
  • Familiar with the field of autism intervention, and knowledgeable of other community resources and agencies that serve children.
  • Sensitive to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population.
  • Able to be approved for telehealth services.
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Able to consistently demonstrate good judgment and decision‑making skills.
  • Able to exercise confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the work environment.
  • Able to appropriately interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Able to obtain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice.
  • Able to obtain a CPR certificate.

Able to travel to multiple work sites; reliable transportation required (proof of valid driver licence, current auto insurance identification card, and acceptable driving record per NIAC standards is required).
