Job summary

Tier1usa seeks a Case Supervisor in Phoenix to support BCBA practicum students within the Apex Program. You will supervise client cases, accrue paid hours, and receive structured supervision while developing essential clinical skills.

The role offers a full-time hourly position with dedicated supervision, opportunities to advance toward Lead Case Supervisor, and a path toward BCBA certification within a supportive, values-driven clinic.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program in ABA or a related field that meets BCBA coursework requirements
• You must be at least in your second semester of your master’s or certificate program
• Active practicum hours toward BCBA certification required
• Ability to build rapport with children and families
• Emerging skills in case conceptualization, client programming, and clinical planning
• Emerging skills in coaching and supporting RBTs
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and receive feedback
• Commitment to Soar’s mission and values
• Interest in growing into a future BCBA role

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for client cases as determined by center needs and progress
• Accrue paid unrestricted hours through client programming and supervision
• Update client goals and programming using Soar’s data platform
• Provide support and supervision to RBTs with feedback from BCBAs
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans using approved approaches
• Support family treatment guidance meetings
• Assist with assessments and reassessments using tools like Vineland and FAST
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists and other care team members
• Provide direct client therapy as part of a full-time role with blended responsibilities
