Soar Autism Center in the United States seeks a Case Supervisor to support practicum students pursuing BCBA certification. You will receive structured supervision, hands-on clinical experience, and opportunities to develop skills while working with families and clients.

This full-time hourly role offers paid unrestricted hours, competitive pay, and a clear development path through our Apex Program, with potential promotion to Lead Case Supervisor as you near testing.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program in ABA or related field that meets BCBA coursework requirements.
• Actively accruing practicum hours towards BCBA certification.
• Strong ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Emerging skills in case conceptualization, client programming and clinical planning.
• Emerging skills in coaching and supporting RBTs.
• Desire to learn, grow and receive feedback.
• Commitment to Soar’s mission and values.
• Interest in growing into a future BCBA role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for client cases as determined by center needs and progress.
• Accrue paid unrestricted hours through client programming, supervision and assessment.
• Update client goals and programming using Soar’s data platform.
• Provide support and supervision to RBTs with coaching from BCBAs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans with applicable approaches.
• Support family treatment guidance meetings using Soar’s curriculum.
• Assist with assessments and reassessments using tools like Vineland, QABF, FAST, and ESDM Curriculum Checklist.
